(AMEX:DVW), a leading national provider of integrated voice and data communications, and Birch Telecom, Inc. today announced a strategic partnership to migrate Birch's dedicated business DSL customers onto Covad's network. Birch Telecom, a telecommunications company offering service to twelve states in the Midwest and Southeast, will continue to operate its local and Internet network, partnering with Covad for last-mile DSL distribution.
