As originator of this thread...even tho' I've sold my shares...I'd like very much to encourage your valuable contributions and obvious insight into the current plus potential of this stock.

If I understand you correctly, the bulge in price to the $8.70 per share level a short time back was the result of this Bancorp head, Smith, trying to establish an initial position in SSALF with the eye to acquire all outstanding shares?

I look forward to hearing more from you.
