The WSJ story was reprinted in the Post Gazette. Here is a link. Very interesting stuff. post-gazette.com If this link doesn't work, the story is available on Google. I used the subject Richard L. Findley oil wildcat I'm actually surprised the stock hasn't moved up further with the granting of the additional permits.
