TA wise on CUP, I'd say no...FA wise or better politically I'd stay away from it regardless. They mine in Peru. There was no clear winner of the recent election between the three people running. Hamala and a woman will be in a re-vote next month. If Hamala wins there is fear that he will nationalize most of the mining in Peru.
