TS - I'm not going to try to pretend to know enough about this technology to argue with you, BUT >>>> I think it's time we put xray to bed once and for all. It has sucked up the government and industry's dollars for way too long and it has very little chance of making into mainstream semiconductor manufacturing.<<<< this statement seems a little "extreme". From what I understand, IBM is betting on x-ray to be here for some time to come. I guess we'll find out in November from SEMATECH if they're right.
