To All: 34 very important messages were lost yesterday due to a hard drive failure. In particular there were messages from Archie Wortham, Robert Skinner, Srini, Hyun Yoo, Trakker, Steve Wiz and others that should have read by every single investor in Iomega. These messages taken together would cast a spotlight on Iomega that would make the hairs on your neck stand up with excitement! I'll try to give you a summary of the missing posts from my memory but unfortunately this would not compare to reading the actual posts. We started off with a post about the earnings report on Syquest. They lost $3.00 per share. They have now lost $11.00 per share in 9 months and their President doesn't see them returning to profitability in the 4th quarter. Duhh! They are nearing bankruptcy. This was followed by an excellent post from Hyun Yoo dealing with the LS-120 and the fact that it has been delayed again. Hyun, if it is possible could you repost that message? There was also discussion about these posts from the individuals named above and there must have been about 20-25 other posts that I did not read.....I posted a message regarding the motives of market makers stating that they didn't care whether the stock price went up or down but they want to see volume. They understand the potential of Iomega and I think they know that buyers will return to Iomega enmasse WHEN the price goes up. Now that the volume has fallen to less than 1million shares I think that the mms are going to start raising the price of Iomega. Think about it for a minute, Syqt is losing money big time, the LS-120 has been delayed, again. There is basically no competition for the ZIP. None. To quote John Paul Jones "Damn the torpedoes. Full speed ahead"!...I'm calling my broker.
