Maybe Bush took gut courses or his family paid off Yale to pass him like the Kennedys did for David Kennedy at Harvard.

Whatever. Kerry is a brilliant man with a photographic memory who doesn't even need cue cards or a script to make a long detailed speech. Without a script, Bush comes like like an illiterate scatter-brain who can hardly put together and English sentence. One reason dumbkins like him, because he acts like them. But it's mostly an act making up for his mental short-comings.
