Have you ever seen Bush without a script? He's not coherent, gaffes frequently and resorts to very simple sound bite talk, as if he's speaking to children.

Sometimes Bush's gaffes are really costly, like the time he was asked about the nascent insurgency in Iraq and said "Bring it on!". That was the cue to rally anti-American militants around the region. Bush challenged their manhood basically and they responded. Many American troops died as a result, and many new terrorists were created.
