or her boy friend had rough sex with her earlier in the day. Judge Paliatano(sp) on fox said evidence would have shown and thus no rape occurred. He would drop the case, but the prosecutor is running for re-election. The duke kids can't vote but the people in town(who don't like Duke rich kids) can vote. So why do you think he is continueing the case???
