FSLBX has a primo record for the last 52 weeks and certainly draws our attention. According to IBDs latest Sector Fund evaluation FSESX has gained 69% and fSLBX 53% in the last 39 weeks of this yr.
If you own it and think the brokerage business will keep pace with the markets surging buying power (which is very likely), I would add something to it now. If you don't own it, buying it could be a good idea. I would still diversify in the Sector group, if one can.

After 29 days the penalty fee of 0.75% is waived but there would still be a nominal $7.50 exchange fee. This applies to IRA accounts as well as regular non-pension types. I have moved into Select Money Market
(fund no 085) when desirable in the past. From that place you can move back or into any new 3% load position anytime you wish without
added charges.

Sector funds are not looked on kindly by some conservative financial advisors; however, if one is alert, I don't feel that the risk is unusual if one pays attention weekly and follows some disciplines.
