Iwanna.... concerning your question... you're going to have to make that call. If you feel the risk vs reward is too great then I'd just hold the shares I have and wait it out. I haven't received any materials from SSTY yet. They should have mailed on the 4th and be here very shortly. maybe that would be the best indicator of what is actually going on. rrm
