We all know that Mexico is corrupt and that despite its significant resources, it can't produce enough jobs for its people. So it sends the overflow here.

Pretty clever too that is when thinking about it: The Mexican "overflow" occupies open spots in the US labor market while feeding a hefty flow of US $$$ back to fuel the Mexican economy.

Which revenue channel of the Mexican economy is the bigger one for the time being, oil or US stationed labor?
