Andrew et.al,
Thanks for the virtual flowers. They look great. Kinda smell like my computer screen though. I told V2 about them over the phone (she is still at the hospital with V6) and she wanted to add her personal thanks for all of your kind thoughts. She also suggested I catch up on the thread now because when she gets home I won't have much time.

Also before thread business I wanted to say that V6 is healthy and beautiful and V2 and I feel truly blessed.

Now on to thread business:

1. Regarding Bernie M. on the LGND thread I have sent an Email to Jill the web mistress registering my disagreement with his suspension.

2.I am delighted that we are getting additional imput from some now participants.

3. To LWD.The Bass family holdings in HGSI consist mainly of family trusts for Lee Bass, Perry Bass and Sid Bass.

4. Regarding the number of companies in the model I don't think 15 is a hard and fast rule. However, if we are going to go over 15 I think it should be for a compelling reason. Adding to the number makes it more difficult to be absolutely dilligent about following the companies something that I believe is critical to superior performance.

4. That being said I disagree with the purchace of NSTA. I have done some research on NSTA and I so not see it as a compelling play. There are a number of companies in our portfolio that could be added to instead. I think we should be taking a hard look at a small position in International Isotopes. I am also kicking myself over not reccommending SEPR which I picked up in my PA about 4 weeks ago. Ithink I mentioned SEPR and DURA as stocks I liked. I feel guilt making money on these. well not that guilty.

5. If we were to sell one position in the Model it would be CMTR. While the market cap is miniscule so is the value. They do not have proprietary products and are about to be delisted. Mt second choice would be MATX if it ever hits 5 again. I am not impressed with the efficacy of their technology and would have suggested we sell even if Accusite had been approved.
Just at a higher price.

6. I think we are underwieighted in the portfolio on INCY and BGEN. By the way PB great buy in at 32. We should not have cut our AFFX position but I wouldn't add more at these levels.

7. I hope someones awake.
