None of those epeople were the govt. of the day. The Administration is responsible for its actions and ensuring that it's doing the right thing based on correct information. It's totally a cop-out to say "Well, the opposition was for it too..." Incidently, a good number of Democrats voted AGAINST the resolution to use force, if necessary, against Iraq. Finally, the resolution was NOT a blank check to use force there was the key phrase "if necessary". The Chimp trumped up the evidence deeming it "necessary", using highly questionable sources and dubious interpretations. Chimp asserted Saddam was on the verge of nuclear capability - not even close to true. Chimp asserted that using evidence the Administration knew was a forgery. Chimp criminally defrauded the USA.
