[NEWS]Adding "received unsolicited buyout offer or stock purchase offer received April 6, 2006 for 100% of the total issued and outstanding shares of and has opted to keep the information confidential until all information can be reviewed and expects to release said purchase offer as soon as it can be bona fide. Management expects to be able to release said information by no later than May 1, 2006.
