Sorry about your illness -- but the point stands. No country in the world is doing more to damage the environment than is the USA. We are the worlds leaders in producing greenhouse gasses and we show no signs of doing anything more than the bare minimum about it, if indeed we even care to admit it at all. China is far more likely to clean its air and water than we are to take serious steps to reduce greenhouse gasses (of course you might not be aware at all of what China is actually doing about their problems). Your indignation is more than a little misplaced. Worried about the environment? Then pick up the phone and scream at your representative in Congress and consider some serious changes to your way of life.
