OMGosh, KL, that is one of the funniest things you've ever said: I think Jimmy Carter - rocket scientist - would have concluded beforehand that the situation was dire. The day of the levee breach, he and Rosalynn would have flown there Yeah, right. Just like he did when the mullahs in Iran captured the US Embassy employees and kept them prisoners for a very long time.... Odd: I don't remember Carter going over to tell the Iranians to "give them back, you murdering thugs" or anything similar....Not even close to similar. Carter is good making houses for Habitat...but he was a REALLY terrible excuse for a President.
