To Bush-Cheney, oilfields are the top priority. Their entire careers have been very oil-oriented and the easiest major oilfield in the world to capture was in Iraq. Since the invasion, the Iraqi fields have not been paying out to the Iraqi people at anywhere near the level they should, showing us that we need to investigate the possible wholesale looting of Iraqi oil by Bush-Cheney's corporate pals, including Halliburton.
