That CC was confusing....at least for me.

It appears they have a clarity meeting with the FDA at the latest mid-june.

Where in the process does the FDA decide whether they are a type 1 <60day> or type 2 <6month>??? After they re-submit or during the clarity meeting?

Thanks anyone for clarity.. :)

EDIT: I did walk away with the feeling surfaxin will ultimately make it to market. The question is will 50 million carry them with the other clinical work they have going on until that time?? That will be part 2 -- next week.
