Not just western consumers, also Western companies. Western consumers cannot go to China and set up the sweatshops. Only western companies can!

And you are right. It is such a shame that the Chinese gov. really fails in this aspect, completely surrendered to the interest groups all over the world. And Chinese as a whole are suffering from the result. There are quite a number of cancer villages all over China.

It is estimated that 400 million farmers now have lower quality of life comparing with 30 years ago.
