Wrong again, Tom. A tough day for you. Those of us who worked for Congress, congressional committees or legislative sections were Hill Staffers. If you worked at state, you were in the executive branch. Likewise the White House. You were known as a State Dept. staffer, or more cutely...a foggy bottomer. The Pentagon is just that, the pentagon. It's how you figure out who the guy or gal across from you is....and there are rules that people in D.C. follow. The Hill refers to Capitol Hill...legislative branch. When did Mr. Libby work for the legislative branch. Read this and report back.... And by the way...using something like "former hill staffer" is just way too cute for the chief of staff to the VPOTUS. How about...a lie! it was intended to mislead as much as possible. pbs.org
