russ, again, it does NOT work just blaming China, NEVER will. MOST of actual polluters are FOREIGN. They are NOT Chinese! Yes, sooner or later, China will have to enforce strict environmental regulation, then those polluting capitalists can just easily take their capital and go to other poor countries, and set up polluted factories there. There are more than enough poor countries in the supply chain around the world.

So problem will never be solved without getting to the root.
