Thanks Michal. Good articles there.

I agree a lot on MrB's - Educate better thoughts -

I would add (You may not like this B-CZ) some impact on peoples attitude. Rights/wrongs good-practice. yin-yang. Do not do to others what you would not like them to do to you. The parental role. Moses 10 or something like that.

I call it the kiss (keep it simple stupid) way of ruling. But it is hardly done without beeing propagandistic.

At all - who is clever enough to make rules in the world as it is becomming.
I am not anarchistic - but we will have to cut down on rules - too many rules are constantly broken by us beeing unaware of the rule. And that certainly puts rules into a weak position.

How do we manage without sitting between several chairs.? I think we will manage like we do here now - Keep discussion up sitting on each a chair and defend our points.

I do not know SEC precise rules on insider trading. But I feel sure that they are getting rapidly outdated held up against how the development of trading is exploding. Maybe there already is a distinction between professionals and amateurs - If not that would be the first point to amend.

Worst thing is that most people do not have the time to reflect on such rather political issues. And that those who have or takes the time are either fanatics on their subjects or not clever enough to do something else.
On top of this minorities are crying out loud beeing heard on (sometimes worthless) issues. While masses are suffering from misrepresentation (Almost on all issues and all the time).
The real politician is hardly not existing anymore. I my country they are underpayed. Thus not getting the best. The best are rapidly head-hunted into the business-world.

hmmm this was not a good way to start this day 10.15AM here.
