Hi Scott, No I can't imagine CPQ or any other PC manufacturer wanting to buy JTS or any other DD manufacturer for that matter. Such a step is a step toward vertical integration, which is out of fashion these days. Vertical integration means fixed overheads; R&D expenditure just to keep up and inflexability. Look at the successful companies around, they are designers and assemblers. This gives them the flexibility to have constsnt access to the latest technologies available on the market AND being able to constantly chissel the price. Regards Alan
