The quarterly, semi-annual, and annual subscriptions get you everything in the 3rd column. If you do not renew at the end of the term you will revert to Free status.

There are two components if you buy a Lifetime subscription. It comes with a one-year Premium-Plus subscription. For the first year, your would get all of the features in the 3rd column. At the end of the 1st year, if you did not purchase another Premium-Plus subscription (currently $19.95 per year), you will revert to the features in the 2nd column, and will keep those permanently. That includes unlimited posting, no ads on message boards, private messaging, etc. You could upgrade to the extra Premium-Plus feature set at anytime.
