2 things:

1) I found another able competitor to FFBA in the Rocky Mt. region --
First Security of UT.

2) FFBA raised its dividend to $.12 per qtr. This is the 5th div incr
since FFBA went public (1995). Drove out to Green Valley
Ranch last week, GVR is the Denver neighborhood closest to
the new Denver International Airport. Took a look at the FFBA
branch on the main street, Chambers Blvd. There is literally no
banking competition out there. Yet I saw new construction of
hotels and support business all around. These 2 converging
themes bode well for FFBA.
