Thanks. My hat is off to you for seeing this coming. You must have some interest in following Infinity? Since it was private, were you following their science?

As to Biofrontera's library; I was not so much interested in the history, but rather - what now. We know that Infinity did the deal because of the spare cash just sitting there for the picking, but did they see value in the library? I do not have a good feel as to how the acquisition was incorporated into the existing DPII business, but since much of DPII will now be sold, does that include the library?

AND, how fast did this deal develop? The March 6th press release hinted at an IPO and an investment from Novartis. Was this really put together since that date? Wow, maybe. As I see it, they read your post here and THEN the lights went on. <smile> ........Did Infinity feel that the DPII way to go gave them more independence than an IPO and a large Novartis shareholder?
