Adrian; The horse is dead, why beat it? You preach to the converted. We all know that Walsh is engaging in a finger pointing exercise and vying with Jim Carrey's screen persona in "dumb and dumber" to look the dupe. There is no doubt he is crooked. The dumb and dumber thing is just a cover to hide under. At the current rate he will consume all the money in a few months. In any event denying him the money will not give much solace to the SH, as it is very little per share. There is no way to deny him the many millions already squirreled offshore from stock sales. At some time in the near future he and family will decamp for sunny Isles with no extradition treaty. He is setting this up (already set up?) as we speak. I expect the RCMP will track phone records to see if Merrick was in daily contact with Walsh. If smart they used the anonymous phone cards for all these conversations, and so no tracks are left. If not smart he phoned from home/office. But I think they were not that stupid, and used the phone cards. There is no doubt that Merrick acted to promote the stock, as the posts you outlined show this quite clearly. So his agenda was clear, help Walsh keep the cat in the bag as long as possible, and after the debagging ceremony, to do damage control and further the "dupe" scenario. There are two people on the entire earth who think Walsh/Merrick are innocent. In criminal court they will never be convicted as the element of doubt will exculpate them, as Walsh is no dupe, and has hidden as much evidence as he can. However in any civil action the preponderance of evidence will convict them easily. However I suspect they will flee this court attention for sunnier climes when it gets a bit hotter than now. I expect that they will flee if the court freezes the remaining assets. Bill
