Sorry to burst your bubble, but cash is just an opinion as well. For example, one could have just gotten a bank loan of $1 billion and have $900 million in cash in that bank. Wow, maybe that's why they report cash from operating activities separately from financing activities on the statement of cash flows. It's a (very) old saying. Personally, I would learn about analyzing financial statements before I flamed someone on a public board. forbes.com
