Tarquin Gotch served as Executive Producer of "Home Alone," the best selling comedy film of all time, which made more than $534 million worldwide at the box office and another $140 million in DVD and VHS rentals. He also ran the in house television films department of 20th Century Fox after producing several well acclaimed comedies. His credits include "Curly Sue," "Planes, Trains and Automobiles," and "Ferris Bueller's Day Off." 
 
  Writers Tarquin Gotch, Alexandra Pigg and James Hergott, to shoot the comedy "Brothers" this spring. "Brothers," a dark comedy in the vain of "Napoleon Dynamite" ($45 million U.S. Box Office) and "Bad Santa" ($60 million U.S. Box Office), explores small town prejudices and the hardships of growing up being different. It teaches tolerance, but in a way that is highly entertaining and funny. Gotch commented, "While visiting James in Canada, I became intrigued by the true story behind the 'Brothers' script and worked with James and Alexandra in developing it into a funny and compelling script with great Box Office potential." "Tarquin and I have been working on this project for about five years now, and it is really something that we feel passionate about," commented James Hergott, President of Imperia Entertainment. "We wanted to spend the time and make it the best it could be before putting it into production," he added. Hergott, whose feature film, "All That I Need," is being released in theaters this November, will direct the film.
