The money has been allocated from an accounting standpoint but not actually put aside is my understanding. I think Jeff plans to negotiate a payment plan or get a loan rather than use up all of the cash. With the 20% dividend shares already issued I'm surprised we didn't have more volume today. Probably a good sign since if we did it would likely have been sell volume. I have made the annual meeting for the last 4 years but this year when I REALLY want to go I may still be in Kuwait. I'm going on the 11th and best case I'll be back the night before the meeting and may be required to report at work the next day. I'm not sure yet.
