Has anyone seen the research report disseminated last week by Neideger Tucker. Unfortuneately I can't get a hold of it, or find out what the recomendation was. Bloomberg said it came out on this past Thursday, which likely means it came out on Tuesday. As for the continued assertation by certain people on this thread that ACTV is a scam, its probably time for them to lighten up. I seriously doubt that very many people mortgaged their house to buy this speculative stock. We're all taking a gamble with this issue, which by all fundamental valuations isn't even close to be worth $1.50. As for the preferred financing, of course the terms rot for us common holders. But who ever bought this issue over the past eighteen months and didn't know ACTV would have to go to the capital markets for outside financing is a moron. Imagine looking at a couple 10 Qs over the past year and seeing they have no operating cash flow, or material recievables, or cash and not coming to the conclusion that a straight-debt offering is out of the question because they they don't have enough money to service a 10% coupon, let alone a 16% coupon, which is probably the least capital holders would be willing to charge for such a risky venture. It's ridiculous that anyone would be so concerned about dilution at this point, what gets diluted ? Three years from now nothing will be there to get diluted. I'm just hoping that 3 years from now ACTV can generate enough cash to fund its working capital.

cordially,
RLW
