I note that long-term bond yields have risen sharply the past few weeks despite the rampant bullishness of Bill Gross -- the so-called bond king -- not long ago. In fact bonds have decisively broken down on the charts and yields look set to climb much higher.

So far global stock and commodity markets have ignored the ominous weakness in bonds Just like they did for awhile in 1987 before the crash.
