News Announced Wednesday: Viva International Dominican Republic Subsidiary Makes Management Changes and Relocates Offices

The Green Baron Report is still tracking VIVI closely, and we believe if management can close on its aggressive plans that the stock could have a big run ahead. We will watch for further announcements that signal full scale air operations have begun and profitable routes are in place.
TRAVERSE CITY, MI, Apr 12, 2006 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Viva International, Inc. (VIVI) announced that Dominican Republic subsidiary Viva Air Dominicana S.A. has made changes to its core management group and relocated its offices.


The announcement addresses the following changes and promotions: Luis Vargas to Company President, Dr. Catalina Matias to Vice President and General Manager and Ramon Delgado to Director of Operations. Mr. Vargas in addition to his duties as President is also the Company's Chief Accountant. Ms. Matias, an attorney, is also the Company's Corporate Secretary. Mr. Delgado brings a substantial aviation background and experience to his position.

VAD's new offices are at AV 27 de Febrero Esquina Abraham Lincoln, Unicentro Plaza. Sutie #12.

Viva International has a number of airline and aviation-related interests including two developmental-stage carriers being readied to operate in regional markets from hubs in Puerto Rico and Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.
