Well, I got to the call today:

It will be 2-4 weeks for the S-4, so I guess
that puts us into the first week or two of May

I think I heard that ipi-504 will not be at ASCO

'This is a financing event not a liquidity event'

I heard that there is a possibility the 100M
might be a little higher--probably there will
not be any closing costs associated with selling
off the remaining contract obligations at DPI.
That stuff could go to a small private outfit,
or a much larger company...but will not go to
a company the size of dpii. Whatever.

Infi will be filing the ind for ipi-609 late this year

Cowen, Morgan Stanley, Lazard, Bank of Canada, and
some fellow from something I think sounded like
Steven Zook Investments were the callers--the last
fellow sounded frustrated that dpii seems not to
assigning any value to remaining assets, but
somebody from Infinity chimied in that they had
visited Heidelberg and San Diego etc and some nice
comment was made as to the fit of the two companies
being good and the assets being quality.

31% of Infinity is valued for 70-75M cash+stuff,
I don't know why he was so flustered.
