I was basing the study on past observation. Obviously 4/00 to 4/02 was a bearish period.

For purposes of implementing the strategy- You would have to have a criteria of some type. Haven't really studied it,
but from looking at the LT charts, maybe just key on whether the 200 day ma is rising or falling during Jul-Sep.
