These two could be real big! China: the state has just allowed, for the first time, individuals and companies invest $20,000 outside of china. I did not now they could not do it. How much of that money might be spent on canadian resource stocks? Peru: devil if they do and devil if they don't: the two run off guys are humala and garcia. garcia was president in the 80's and through coruption and mismanagement ran peru into the ground aloong with 7,000% inflation. humala is a nationalistic zealot and could crush the mining industry there by just taking over everything. I have been scared of peru for a long time and do not buy any stocks in peru. The $64 question is how did peru end up with these two jokers? Lack of education would be my guess
