Nope.Napolean said "I know men and Jesus was no man".Jesus was either a liar,a crazy man or God.I know psychotic men and Jesus was not psychotic.You can develop love and goodness but these are conscious intellect driven decisions,it does not change our base subconscious nature(still if it is the best we can do, go for it).Perhaps it could atrophy the bad attributes but it would not actually change them to good attributes.
