Harold.....nice info? Where? I thought it was terrible.

Here it is in a nutshell. Investors were promised a good 4th quarter, 2005, and a "dynamite" 2006 not that long ago. It's gone from that, to the loss of millions of dollars and hardly anything to show for it. The company never mentions overseas ventures anymore, UNLESS it's to say they are going to quit spending money on that until they can KNOW it's not a total waste of time. This is how they worded it....

"we expect to limit and reduce our million dollar plus expenditures for overseas Eurasian acquisition activities related to oil and gas programs until we are reasonably assured an acquisition can be financed, closed, and activated."

I thought the report was the company's admission that they don't know what they are going to do, and that they are in total disarray.

This was the statement that made the most sense....

"The Company cannot predict that it will be successful in obtaining funding for its plans or that it will achieve profitability in fiscal 2006."

So.....it's gone from a "dynamite" 2006, to them not even being sure they can make any money?

Somehow, I always think of The Three Stooges when I think of this company now. It's really horrendous what they've done....and what they're doing.
