I stay in my cave or drive somewhere. You're almost right about him, but eccentric and ultra smart are not choices that first come to mind. Our new neighbor wondered about our kitchen cleaning. The mgrs have a crew that thoroughly cleans every kitchen every 6 weeks. The new guy asked me what happened to ours. He came out to use the kitchen about a half-hour after the cleaning lady finished and found the stove already messed up by Stinky. He made some instant mashed potatoes and managed to poor half the dried flakes over the stove top instead of in the pan. In Spanish, his name is El Slobbo.
