I don`t think the settlement will have any effect on the stocks performance. However the retailers have had quite an uncorrected run here. The retail index as well as HD,GPS,JCP and LOW all had reversals last week which suggests to me that we are in for a sharp decline!!! I shorted the stock at 53.625 and feel very comfortable with a move toward 47 beginning immediately. I look for 47 in the next 2 to 3 weeks. this is a minimum target. best trading to all. SPEEDY===================================================
