When Bush was promoting that there were WMD mobile labs, referring to two in particular, I knew from reading the Obvserver (a British newspaper) that the Brits had sold those trailers to Saddam. How come Bush didn't know this! Instead, he was promoting them as a "smoking gun."

What do you think the Office of Special Plans was all about? This group helped to cherry-pick intelligence information. You should also consider that the inner group at the White House decided what propaganda to put on the people, and they did. If you wish not to feel manipulated by the pre-war propaganda, then that's your choice--plain and simple!
