Bush doesn't even know who the "enemy" are. Bush let the real enemy go, Osama and his band at Tora Bora. They are the ones responsible for attacking us, not some country. 99.9% of Iraqis have nothing to do with terrorism. And the ones attacking us are much more likely to be pissed off Sunnis or Shia who want their country back.
