David i agree with your opinion of lottos in the U.S. BUT worldwide the lotto biz is exploding . There are all kinds of coutries developing lottos and significant ones at that .The lotto biz overseas is 20 yrs behind the U.S.Many asian countries dont even have lottos but have a great deal of money to spend per person.ITSI is going to have a hard time going down from here unless they deplete their cash and dont get any business which i think is very unlikly. GO ahead short ITSI ,the group,i dare you .They will have their day soon maybe it wont last long but it will come and it will be big alldogs have their day.
