As I recall, Charles Payne recommended Covad and said he had told his clients to buy about a month ago with a target of $3. Wayne Rogers said he liked Covad also and Payne said he just raised his target to $5. Johnathan said he didn't understand why people bought "lottery ticket" stocks. Whatever anyone may think of each of these people, they are high profile and I doubt their recommendation can hurt PPS.
