Since we're off topic, what's your take on INSQ and the parent company - GSHF? Are you considering investing in either of these companies?

Also, what is a good buy point based on VRDM's current price and the fact that it will likely gap up on Monday? My thinking is $.115, but I may buy in a few cents higher if things start off well. (of course I'm a little worried about their upcoming 10-K) As a note, I currently own shares at $.082.

I read VRDM's and INSQ's annual reports from '04. I also read the quarterly reports for both companies. To be honest, I was more impressed with INSQ's report. Even though they have over 3 billion shares outstanding, they seem to be a good short-term play. I wonder if it's possible for them to reach $.03-$.05 over the next several weeks. (I'm currently in at $.0053 and I'm thinking about buying more if the price is right.)

Here are a few high-level facts for INSQ:
INSQ purchased a profitable company from Ohio last year to help it further its business plans. It also has plans to purchase a few more companies this year.

I see that the UTEK Corp. owns more than 10% of INSQ. (You can see this in Yahoo! Finance under Inside Roster)If you click on the UTEK link, UTEK also declares that it owns an undisclosed amount of XTHN. I wonder if this is a good or bad thing for INSQ?

Everyone, please do your own DD.
