I have complained to thE mgmt. I also have tried to be very nice to him and pointed out some of his slobbiness to him. I got a nasty letter from management threating to evict me if I continue harrassing the other tennants in my quad. I guess they get more money from welfare than from normal rent from normal tenants. I am looking for another place, but it's damn near impossible to find. I'll keep looking and hoping. The only place in the same price range has shared kitchens and shared bathrooms. YUCK!
