Yes, I'm looking in the desirable locations. I mean, in order for a housing bubble to be deemed national, why shouldn't desirable locations be examined for weakness? There are a whole bunch of press reports that say that the Bay Area is overpriced (which I believe), but that hasn't stopped prices from rising.

Anyway, the location of the this new condo development isn't right on El Camino, but close. It doesn't look like a bad location to me. However, it does look like there could be some pretty bad traffic problems, but I don't know what the planning looks like. WDIK, I thought that IKEA was going to be a disaster traffic-wise, but it never was.

If you think that these condos are top indicators, well, there you go.
