As mergers go, it seems to be moving right along to me. And, I believe this is a two-step process (..double merger..) which would tend to take a day or two longer than a simple 1:1 get together. Although I started this Board, I have turned it over to rruff as he is one of the Guru's on the subject.
I do have an old, well-heeled SI compadre' that brought LFWK to my attention. Both rrufff and Creede Bighorns, who post here, are some of the better DD'rs around the OTCBB/Pink/Gray block and Patricia is also following/owning LFWK I believe. Hence, I'm happy with the stash I have, even though I was a late entry. Consultech and the Sulja Brothers are both very successful companies and readily locatable on the WWW, so we're certainly not dealing with any unknown quantities here.
Since LFWK is neither located in slimy South Florida (..or Kaleephonya..) nor has any interests there to date. The projected numbers seem quite attractive. So, I think your anxiety is either unfounded or should be attributed to the bad press I'm sure you've received about Pinks in general.
You might want to add some NDOL, AURC, and perhaps some RSHN to your "..non-Snob Stock.." portfolio using an appropriate sum of "..Casino Money Only.." to give you a little broader perspective on some Pinks that have the portential to do quite well.
