OBTW: ..There is known to be a sizable short and/or Naked Short position against LFWK. That appears to lead to some "..back door.." influence with the people at Pinksheets.com. The MFMMMs, Hedgies, broker-dealer-manipulators, and their associated shorting scum seem to be able to influence the people at Pinksheets.com when it comes to getting these companies both harassed and then re-quoted. pinksheets.com

When the shorts and illegal Naked Shorts get squeezed out of LFWK, eveyone's shares should make a rather impressive positive move. As the merger completes, and all of the associated filings get sifted through once again by the foot-draggers at 'mafia.com', LFWK will be providing us Real Time Quotes and the Level-II MFMMM display on their system. It costs an extra $300/month to have the RTQs & L-II, so that is at least an indicator that a company gives a rat's tush about their stockholders, IMHO.

John :-)

ps: Here is an example of a Pinksheet company with RTQs & L-II: pinksheets.com
